London Masonic Education Competition

The purpose of this competition is to assist new Master Masons to continue their studies in our Masonic Art, and review the degrees that they have participated in, in a more thorough manner.  It will also strengthen the bonds between brethren in a particular lodge as the Competition will be a team event.

This event is being held at the London Masonic Centre on Saturday, August 16th, 2025 at 10:00 am and is expected to go until 4:00 pm.

Following the completion of the competition, there will be an awards dinner at Mocha Temple, catered by Dimitri, and the cost will be $50 per person (taxes included).

Spectators are welcome, and encouraged, to attend the Competition but you must be a Mason to attend.  You will not be able to attend any portion of the competition for a degree which you have not attained.

The Dinner/Awards Banquet following is open to ladies and non-Masons as well.

There will only be 6 teams in the competition, and the cost of entry for the team will be $300.00 per team.  This money will help pay for the hall rental, trophy, and awards that are presented to all of the teams that compete.

There may be a nominal charge for spectators at the door ($2).  All monies raised will be either donated to London District Charities, or to the Grand Master’s charity on behalf of London District Masons.

This will be a very exciting day in London for Masonic Education, and I look forward to hearing back that your Lodge is interested in participating in this competition.

This will be on a First Come, First Served basis.  If your lodge is wishing to enter, please complete the attached registration form and send it to me at [email protected] to enter.  E-transfer payments for the team can also be made to the same email address.  Your spot is only guaranteed if I have received both the registration form and the payment, at which time I will confirm via email your registration, and will issue the questions for studying.
